How do I buy credits?
To buy more credits, simply login to the system, click on the "Buy Credits" button and review your order according to your individual needs. When you've decided on an amount to buy, click on the "Place Order" button which is situated at the top-right hand corner of the current view. The myTXT team will send you a purchase order based on your choices. Please follow the steps on this purchase order. Your credits will be loaded after myTXT have received your proof of payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
myTXT is not a subscription service and you will only pay for what you use. Should you wish to stop using the myTXT solution, you are free to do so at any time. Your credits will not expire and will be ready for you to use at any time in future.
How long before my credits expire?
Your myTXT credits will NEVER expire. You are free to use your credits at a pace that suit your needs.
